Localized versions of either GN4 or Microsoft Windows can sometimes cause impredictable problems.
LOCALIZED GN4 VERSIONS
If your problem occurs on a localized GN4 version, disable the localized resources and try to reproduce it on a standard English version first. If the problem does not persist, the possible cause are localized resources.
To disable localized resources, do one of the following:
•If the language selector is available on your taskbar, select EN or any other language, different than the localized version, and then restart GN4 application. This causes GN4 application to use internal resources (in English), instead external, localized resources.
•Remove temporarily from the application folder all localized resources, and then restart GN3 application.
LOCALIZED MICROSOFT WINDOWS VERSION
If your problem occurs on a localized Microsoft Windows version, try to test it on a computer with a standard US or International English version.
