You may want to export some configuration data of the existing GN3 system before starting the migration, for the review of the editorial super-users. The purpose is to get rid of the obsolete data, e.g. users who left the company, formats not in use anymore, obsolete desks and baskets etc.

Use the SQL Query analyzer to export data and paste it into Excel worksheets, and then send them to review. The customer staff is expected to mark the obsolete data (or to mark the data to be migrated).
