IMPORTANT: PERFORM IMPORT STEPS IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED IN THIS CHAPTER.

For this step, it is assumed you already imported the typography, font layouts, fonts, hyphenations, libraries and formats, titles, workstates, edition numbers, layer types, geometry presets, groups, users, zones, regions, and sections.

This topic describes the command line to import folders exported from GN3 database:

c:\Tera\gn4\bin\srv4 import -in folders.xml -opt C:\gn3-2-gn4\GN3Change.xsl

Note

•It is assumed you have the folder C:\gn3-2-gn4\ and that is contains the specified XSL style sheet.

•It is assumed the folders.xml was previously exported from GN3 as explained in Export folders.

•It is assumed that you execute this command on the GN4 IIS server, and in the folder where the exported files are stored.

•It is assumed that srv4.exe is available on the specified path.
