Maintenance services provided by Miles 33 standard support contract consist of:

Software upgrades

Periodic software upgrades include updates to correct software faults and minor improvements as well as all of the new major enhancements. Software fixes and new releases are immediately available for download directly from Tera's Web site.

Telephone support in office hours or 24-hrs in a day.

Phone support is available from Miles 33's offices worldwide and partners offices, covering 24-hrs in a day, with phone and e-mail support, instant messaging and remote access to the customer's system. Note: special service, requires an additional agreement.

All technical documentation is available to registered users at http://tech.teradp.com/. The site is continuously updated with the latest version of the existing documentation and posts an exhaustive section dedicated to the "Frequently Asked Question - FAQ".

The support contract also fixes a daily rate for on-site support, and extra charges for local 24/7 phone support.
