Miles 33 does not develop software for specific customers -- there is one main version of all the applications used by every customer around the world. To support this model with such a broad customer base, applications are by necessity highly configurable. Various levels of configuration are available through the systems.

When a customer needs special functionalities not currently offered by the standard packages, we can add them to the software. They will become part of the standard system though, never a special development.

Our customers, with their own IT and system staff, can change configuration and database, and add new scripts.
