This topic describes a typical workflow of editions and pages.
There are plenty of possible workflows of editions and pages, that depend on the organizing level. This topic explains one of possible ways.
Edition planners (1) create edition plan or edition and ads plan, and then either create editions and import ads, or make available the editions/ads plan to the editions/ads importers (1a) that actually perform the edition creation and data import.
Page designers (4) and/or Page subs (4-5) open the pages and design the layout. They also change the workstate of the pages, selecting which pages are to be archived (or this can be an automatic action). Librarians (6) enrich the archived pages.
