Edt4: it was possible to create masters with duplicated default type

GN4-3449

Using the DuplicateMaster function called by the navigator (master tab) it is possible to create masters with the same default type of the original master, that is wrong. Now the duplicated masters will have the Generic default type.

Edt4: wrong master check for "default" flags

GN4-3433

It was possible, in scripting/ads import, to set more than one master as default one. This could lead into unexpected results when creating new pages. Now this issue is tested before Save, as other ones. To simply fix, if needed: select real default masters and apply data in Master Panel.
