To edit text on page in Fred4, double-click on the text frame where you want.

The cursor turns into an I-beam, so you can immediately modify the text in the frame.

Notes

•You can set the color of the frame background during WYSIWYG editing in Edit > Preferences > Colors > Frame background during text editing.

•The entire element is locked by you and other users cannot edit it neither in Ted4, nor if Fred4 (e.g., if you edit one body frame, you will lock entire body text - but not the headline element, nor caption - if any).
