On the Edit menu, click Preferences and then clear Show text/image information.

All pages are now displayed as WYSIWYG.

Note: this is "per tracking" setting.

To select what shows by default, on the Edit menu, click Default layout options and then select or clear Show text/image information. If you select the option, pages are displayed with tracking information (colored areas with labels), otherwise they're displayed as WYSIWYG.
