Disk/Data volume is full

First thing first: IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN THAT A DISK FILLS UP. One of the first duties of the IT staff is to check the disk space on all the servers, and to take necessary steps if it continues to reduce.

If a data volume is full, and it is not possible to increase its size, consider to perform a quick purge of the content. First see how many items are spiked (How many items are spiked?). Then, decide if you want to perform a quick purge, and how many days you want to keep. Use srv4 purge -since xx:xx:xx (in the versions prior to X.X.XXXX it works better than srv4 cleanup -purge xx:xx:xx), or if you believe the major space user may be the wire images, use srv4 purge -types image -since xx:xx:xx.

Should this not be enough, try to move some disk space intensive content, e.g. videos to a volume where you have space, e.g. archive volume. For the instructions see Move data from one volume to another.
