In the standard configuration, one or more workflows perform the archiving and may be are executed as scheduled tasks that you can monitor in EdAdmin4.

All the errors related to archiving are shown in the background tasks log. If the content export towards 3rd party DAM was successful, but the problem is on the DAM side, the related questions are to be sent to the support for that DAM.
