You need to define the list of the content positions to monitor during shapes placing. If you do not perform this configuring step, the APM won't start.
The error message is displayed:
The mandatory global variable 'glbAPMCposM' is not configured! Fred cannot proceed!
In EdAdmin4, open EditorialConfig and then add the value for that variable, containing names of monitored content positions.

How to decide the order of content positions in the list?
The order in which you enter the names of your content positions in the list is at the same time the priority order. In the example <Item Name="glbAPMCposM" Value="Lead,Picture Story,Downpage,Nib"/>, you want that Lead articles are considered as most important, and the Nib articles as less important. Do you need to enter the names of all the content positions?
No. Enter only the names of the content positions you want to prioritize.
