GN4 is delivered with some default category sets.

Standard categories

•IptcGenre: IPTC standard genres that describe the nature, journalistic or intellectual characteristic of a news object, not specifically its content.

•IptcScene: IPTC standard scenes that describe the scene of what is covered by the content.

•IptcSubjectCodes: IPTC standard subject codes.

•IptcSubjectQualifier: IPTC standard subject qualifiers provide a narrower attribute-like context for e.g. a sports-related subject code, like gender of acting people, indoor/outdoor sports etc.

•TaskKinds: Task kinds indicate the type of action expected to complete a task (write an article, upload photos)

•calendarCategory: Calendar object (task and event) categories.

Custom categories

•MainCategories: Main categories used for editorial, wires and archive objects classification

•WebCategories: Main categories used for editorial, wires and archive objects classification on Web.
