You can create single dotted lines or stripes of dotted lines, or combinations of solid and dashed and dotted lines.

For round dots, use 1 in black values, and 90-500 in white values. White=100 makes creates almost touching dots. Larger values increase dots spacing. For oval dots, increase black value

This stroke style has only one subdash. It is "round", 106 offset, and only one pair of black and white values: black = 1, white = 300.

Oval

This stroke style has only one subdash. It is "round", zero offset, and only one pair of black and white values: black = 100, white equals 200.
