You can create single dotted lines or stripes of dotted lines, or combinations of solid and dashed and dotted lines.
For round dots, use 1 in black values, and 90-500 in white values. White=100 makes creates almost touching dots. Larger values increase dots spacing. For oval dots, increase black value
