1.On a page, design frames for an article.

2.Create a new article with the appropriate name in a templates folder.

3.Link the article to shapes and then assign the appropriate format to all article elements.

4.Save the page.

5.On the Articles menu, point to Link, and then click Unlink and Keep Geometry.

Note

This unlinks the article, but keeps the geometry and formats inside it.
