To create a new keyword, use EdAdmin4 or Administrative Browser.
Create a keyword in EdAdmin4
Run EdAdmin and then under Generic Objects, click Keywords. In the Keyword Sets select the keyword set you want to add a keyword to.
Right-click, and then click Add.
In the dialog box, enter an unique name of the keyword and select if it should be considered confirmed.
Create a keyword in the Administrative Browser
Run the Administrative Browser, and then click Keywords. On the Keyword Sets listing, select the keyword set you want to add a category to. On the right part of the Keywords header, click the Edit button.
Then, click the button to display the dialog box. In the dialog box, enter an unique name of the keyword and the select the visibility.
