This error may occur on Windows server 2012 or other operating systems when you attempt to run I4 or other GN4 module.

To correct this error

Make sure you installed Web Service Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 for Microsoft .NET Redistributable Runtime, and that it is correctly installed.

If so, and you are still getting the same error, then please install also .NET 3.5.
