Problem

A ClickOnce application, downloaded from the server may function ok, e.g. have all functionalities enabled, while the client application of the same version may have them grayed out - this may happen with the newest added functionalities, and after you compile add-ins locally, but do not load them to ClickOnce.

Cause

The VBExpress solution may be out-of-date, e.g. project may be not synced with the developers' projects.

Solution

Contact support and ask to check the integrity of the Express projects.
