In the version 2.2, the palettes on the Articles main tab (or when editing text on the Pages main tab) are improved and redesigned.

Improvements

•Every change is automatically applied when you select a value in a drop-down box, e.g. when you select another font for the highlighted text, or when you change the color of highlighted text. This applies on all values you select in various drop-down boxes in palettes, but not on the changes in the simple fields (where you enter values).

•Changes are applied also when you hit the RETURN key.

•Changes are applied also when you pressing the TAB or the SHIFT+TAB key to move the focus to another field of the palette.

•There is not need to click the confirmation icon which is indeed removed, together with the cancel icon .

•You can enable a new preference to enter the characters racking for the highlighted text in thousands of EM-space, with a negative value that brings characters closer.

•You can enable a new preference to enter the type horizontal scale (base) for the highlighted text in percentage.

Redesign

•The confirmation icon and the cancel icon are removed from palettes.

•Where possible, the palette fields are enlarged.
