Find the GN3MMC Baskets applet functionalities in the Folders and Quotas listing of the Security section in EdAdmin4, and in the Titles, Page Zones, Page Sections, Regions, Edition Numbers listings in the Editorial Objects section in EdAdmin4.
Review, edit and delete folders
Use the Folders and Quotas listing of the Security section in EdAdmin4. As opposed to the 2-levels limitation in GN3, in GN4 you can specify any depth of subfolders. But, in GN4 you cannot expand the entire folders tree - you have to select the root folder, to display its subfolders (only one sub-level at a time).
About desks
GN4 does not support desks. Every folder can be a content container, or just a placeholder. To simulate desks, create folders with just read permissions for everyone.
Manage titles
To manage titles, use the Titles listing in the Editorial Objects section.

Notes: quotas and deleting are specified as a part of assigned partitions. Path is not needed in GN4. The permissions on the Rights tab are set in the Access permissions. Copyflow cannot be set and reviewed on the folders level but only on groups level. |
