Back4 crashing anytime

Back4 can crash if it receives a corrupted content, e.g. image with corrupted file info data. In such case, try to open the picture in Photoshop and see if there are errors on opening. Resave the picture with another name, and then put it back in the Back4 queue.

Back4 service is running and processing images but it crashes on printing. The XML is created in the output folder, but then crash. Another back4 with the same configuration and hardware prints ok.

SOLUTION: uninstall and then reinstall the PDFLIB resources and NORMALIZER. Do not use the -repair option. Check also the fonts installed on the server.
