Back4: a queue stops processing when a file in output folder cannot be overwritten

When a file placed in the output folder could not be overwritten, Back4 left the processed file with the same name into the input folder.
Now fixed. When in the output folder there is already a read-only file, Back4 appends a unique suffix to the processed file and moves it in the output folder.
