The recommended system permissions for the Everyone group are:

1.Access Audit: this allows to all users to see all versions of the content, and not only the ones created by them.

2.Manage Tasks: this allows to all users to use the scheduled publishing, such as automatic export tasks, linked to the printing of pages and similar.

The recommended access permissions for the Everyone group are:

•On Typography: View

•On Titles: View

•On Page sections and zones: An user can list and see pages in the navigator only if the Read permissions are set. An user can save page thumbnails only if the RefW Protected is set. If the read permissions are granted but write permissions are denied, the pages will be opened in "Read Only" mode.
