Articles must have a content position. The content position helps to place the articles in the appropriate shapes, e.g. the lead articles to go in the lead shapes, sidebars to sidebar shapes and so on.
To review the content position of the articles
Look at the Cont.pos column in the articles listing (Editorial navigator, AutoPag search form, AutoPag listing).
To change the content position
Select one or more articles, right-click and then click Content Position. On the Edit Article Content Position dialog box assign one and not more than one content position from the list of content positions.
Note: if you assign more content positions, only the first one is considered.
