Note: YOU MUST APPLY FORMAT ON ALL FRAMES OF THE SAME FLOW, E.G. ON ALL BODY FRAMES.

To apply a format on a single frame, e.g. head

In a library object, select the frame, and then press F2, or use the Format toolbar, to apply the appropriate format.

On the Tool palette, check that the format is applied.

To apply a format on multiple frames, e.g. body

In a library object, select all the frames of the same type, and then press F2, or use the Format toolbar, to apply the appropriate format.

On the Tool palette, check that the format is applied.
