Align objects to another object

1.Select the referent object as first.

2.Hold SHIFT, and then select objects to be aligned with the first object.

3.On the Tools menu, point to Align, and then select what you want.

Align selected objects to page

On the Tools menu, point to Align, and then select what you want.

Align selected objects to grid

On the Layout menu, select appropriate grid alignment.
