Web preview on the Articles main tab

The Web preview on the Articles main displays only the current article.

Have in mind that it is not the preview of the published content, but the preview on an unpublished article.

To improve the previewing experience, the current article may be displayed on an appropriate stationery, to give you a precise idea about how it will look like on a real Web site (the stationery is optional, and it depends on your system configuration; typically, it reflects the look & feel of the real site, but with some dummy content).

Web preview on the Publishing main tab

The Web preview on the Publishing main displays all articles on the selected publishing destination.

Depending on what you selected, it may be a staging list (not published content), or published list (the content actually on the Web site).
