To enable that ads move on Fred pages after reimporting a changed ads plan, e.g. some ads that were on the page 3 to move to the page 4, you need to include the EmptyAdsLayersCheckedOut() in the ads import script, in the line after the AutoCheckPages(IAds.AdMode) line.

In that way the checked out layers will be emptied before importing the new ads plan.
