In your personal preferences, you can activate auto-save of pages when you link or unlink articles. It affects also the deleting of the linked articles and other unlinked content.

Should you notice any adverse effects when deleting content, please report this to support.it@miles33.com, and in the meantime untick When Linking, Save Page and set - if defined - glbSavePageOnLinking in EditorialConfig to False.
