This error occurs when submit was too slow or the data was too much, so the system timeout occurred before the submitting finished.

Most likely, your content is not submitted at all.

To correct this error

•If you are attempting to submit from a remote place, retry a bit later as connection conditions may improve.

•Contact the System Administrator and propose to increase the system timeout. Note: it may be necessary to look at the error logs to find out which timeout happened. See Preventing Timeouts for more information.
